Shipping Method

Most orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage.

USPS Ground Advantage provides reliable, economical shipping throughout the United States and typically includes tracking.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. You can use the tracking number to follow your package’s progress through USPS.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your package has been accepted by USPS.

Delivery Times

USPS Ground Advantage delivery times can vary depending on the destination and other circumstances. While delivery is typically within several business days, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Weather, holidays, USPS delays, and other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally cause delays.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to help resolve the issue.

For packages showing as delivered by USPS but that you cannot locate, please first check around your delivery location and contact your local USPS office if necessary.
