At APTEK Technologies, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return period.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within the 30-day return period.
- The item should be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
- All included accessories, cables, and other components should be included when applicable.
- Items must not have been intentionally damaged or altered.
Return Shipping
APTEK Technologies covers the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.
Please contact us before sending an item back so that we can provide return instructions and a return shipping label.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your payment provider or financial institution to process the refund.
Original shipping charges, if any, may be refundable depending on the circumstances of the return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a return shipping label when applicable.
